Refund & Returns Policy

At Only Pure Research Chemicals, we are committed to providing only the highest quality research chemicals to students, laboratories, and independent researchers. Because of the nature of our products, special rules apply to refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns once products have been shipped and delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • You received the wrong product.

    • The product arrived damaged or defective.

    • The product was expired upon delivery.

In such cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

2. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  1. A replacement order will be shipped at no additional cost, or

  2. A full/partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns if:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.

  • The product was used improperly or stored incorrectly.

  • You fail to provide the correct delivery address and the package is lost.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with our support team.
